TangerMed Industries, an industrial group operating in the Tangier free trade zone, faced a critical fragmentation of its information systems. We designed and deployed a custom cloud ERP covering the entire industrial value chain. The production management module offers visual planning with automatic scheduling and real-time tracking of each manufacturing order. The inventory module integrates batch management with full traceability and intelligent restocking alerts. The quality module automates inspections with digital checklists and ISO-compliant document management. Preventive maintenance, powered by IoT data from machine sensors, automatically schedules interventions before breakdowns. A reporting engine generates real-time dashboards for management with customizable KPIs. The cloud architecture ensures continuous availability and progressive scaling.
