RésidencesPlus, a property management company in Casablanca overseeing thousands of housing units, was facing chronic issues with unpaid charges and poor communication with residents. Manual management of fees, technical interventions, and general assemblies caused considerable delays and growing frustration among co-owners. The rate of unpaid charges had reached critical levels and residents complained about the lack of transparency in managing their residence. The goal was to design an intuitive mobile solution capable of digitizing the entire co-ownership management process while building trust between the property manager and residents.

We developed a comprehensive mobile application with React Native, integrating a secure online payment module for co-ownership charges with automatic reminders. A ticketing system allows residents to report incidents and track interventions in real time with photos and notifications. The online general assembly feature includes electronic voting, document sharing, and digital minutes. A cloud dashboard gives the property manager a global overview of the financial and technical status of each residence, with automatically generated reports.
